Terms & Conditions
1.0 Tickets are wholly non-refundable
1.1 Tickets can be transferred to a friend or family member but the onus is on the buyer to ensure the correct information is uploaded at least 48 hours to the booking takes place. Santa’s Cottage cannot be held responsible for incorrect information.
2.0 It is the responsibility of the person purchasing the tickets to ensure that all the information they provide is accurate and correct.
2.1 Santa’s Cottage is not responsible for any errors made during booking.
3.0 If an error has been made with the information you entered during booking or after purchase please contact us immediately at email@example.com, an administration fee of £5 may apply
4.0 In the event of the event not being able to proceed we will give customer the option to reschedule of offer a refund. Refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
5.0 Your Santa Pass and additional information will be emailed to you following confirmed booking *please check spam mail*
6.0 The Santa Pass does not have to be printed but can be presented on your phone or other device at the admissions office
7.0 Any enquires about a booking should be made at firstname.lastname@example.org
7.1 Correspondence can only be made with the customer who made the booking
8.0 Car parking is provided. All vehicles are parked at the owners risk and we are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss or expenses incurred as a result.
9.0 Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of your event, we will make every effort to accommodate you if you arrive late to the event however admission cannot always be guaranteed and you may be refused entry without refund.
10.0 We reserve the right without notice to add extra shows as and when necessary or, depending on circumstances, modify the capacity of any particular event.
